What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) for a flat fee of $5.99, or free on orders over $75. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for $14.99.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Please use our online portal to generate a prepaid return label.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
Loungeable accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installments through Klarna.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
We are committed to quality and ethics. 80% of our lounge collection is made from organic cotton or recycled materials, and we work exclusively with Fair Trade certified manufacturers.
